Our priority is to make your closing quick, comfortable, and stress free.  Because we value your time, we strive to accommodate all scheduling requests.  Bluegrass Land Title serves all 120 counties in the Commonwealth of Kentucky, and has offices in Lexington, Louisville, and Elizabethtown.  We are delighted to host closings at each of our three offices, and are willing to conduct closings at other locations for the convenience of our clients.  Schedule permitting, we will close anytime, anyplace.  If there are circumstances that prevent the parties from attending closing, please contact our office so that we may accommodate their needs.
